The reservation is confirmed after communication of the reference of your file. In addition, a confirmation email containing all the elements of your reservation is sent to you. Article 11 - Issuance and provision of the Ticket

The only method of providing the Ticket is the Electronic Ticket. This is available up to 2 hours prior to departure.
